Oral Medications
(Viagra)

Non-surgical.
Painless.
On demand.
Work in less than 70% of men with various etiologies.
Treatment must be continuous.
Possible unpleasant side effects.

Hormone Replacement
(Testosterone)

Non-surgical.
Painless.
May improve libido.
Effective only with severe testosterone deficiency.
May stimulate growth of prostate tissue, cause liver damage or increased generalized fluid retention.
Costs about $25-$35 monthly.

External Vacuum Therapy

Safe.
Non-surgical.
Use as often as desired.
May improve penile blood flow.
May result in occasional natural erection.

Reconstruction/Venous Ligation
